HGA – THE MANY DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS

INDEPENDENT ANCHORING OF FUNCTIONS BY STUDENTS (IAFS)

We make things to happen rather than let the things to happen. All the school functions and celebrations are anchored by different students from UKG onwards with equal stress to gender. It is under the able guidance of our mentors. Every year, 60-70 anchors are trained to perform independently.

CONFIDENCE BUILDING ACTIVITIES (CBA)

The School has well articulated “Micro Level and Macro Level Confidence Building Activities.” The new format of Morning Assembly is implemented from 08 June 15 (Grade I- XII) Separate Assemblies for Grade I & II, III & IV, V & VI, VII and VIII, IX & X, XI and XII. It ensures optimum opportunities for Macro level Confidence Building Activities. The line of commands inculcates the ‘value’ of accepting hierarchy in a system, so that they are acquainted with real public school decorum. It can ensure real confidence enhancement initiative for all students. The Zero Period Activities for 3 days (I- X) extend Micro level Confidence Building Activities for all children and being monitored by Class Teachers.
